So maybe a little about me to set a back ground for you.
I’m 30 and lived in North East London (until mid June and am currently in my boyfriends squatting till my new flat becomes free) and have been in London for about 8 years now and had finally found somewhere that feels like home, it may be a coincidence that it was a stones throw from my football team and actually was in what was their old stadium. I’m a massive football fan. I’m sure that my premiership team love will sneak in once the football season starts again. But it was time to move on and time for a 1 bed (finally living alone after sharing through all my time in London)
I’m a very creative person naturally and am a part-time artist when I have time. Time however lately hasn’t been as available as I would like for this. I however do try to keep the creative juices flowing and that lately is all knitting, knitting and more knitting which I love (and will show up on this site on occasion)
I work in Canary Wharf as a project manager, which is a new career for me this year after being a PA for nearly 8 years. After some great career advise from a couple of very good friends of mine I completed and passed my Prince 2 qualification last summer and started a new job never looking back. As well as all of this last year I also started an Accountancy qualification, which I am looking to finish in the next 2 months. (I know Yawn!) And yes I admit it is quite boring but this has been a massive thing for me and I think more than anything else it has been huge for my confidence as this was something I could never think I could do and especially getting through Levels 2 & 3 without failing an exam J. It’s definitely something that has changed my life for the better and has enabled me to do other things I never thought I could.
